Igdir Waste Water Treatment Plant Project
To provide Technical Assistance to Iğdır Municipality and the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) through administrative and technical capacity building, modernisation of the Water Utility Department, and assisting the Municipality in setting up and operating an efficient water and wastewater department (Water Utility Department).Provision of construction supervision for the wastewater collection system according to FIDIC Red Book and for the wastewater treatment plant according to FIDIC Yellow
We provide technical services for;
• Technical assistance to the WUD and PIU in performance of leakage detection and Non Revenue Water Reduction Programme,
• Preparation of Sludge Management Plan to assess the final usage alternatives of the sludge produced at the WWTP,
• Complete engineering design for WWTP,
• Construction of 11,132 m3/d average flow rate capacity WWTP,
• Complete engineering design for WWTP,
• Construction of 20,090 m3/d average flow rate capacity WWTP,
• 3 Collecting chambers for the water sources, 4 new water reservoirs (500 m3, 1000 m3, 1500 m3 and 5000 m3),
• Training, operation and maintenance,
• 963 m creek crossing structure and 15 m highway horizontal drilling and 300 m creek and canal crossing by hanging pipe on bridge
• Rehabilitation of 3 existing water reservoirs,
• Construction of 3 wastewater pumping stations
• 85 km of sewer mains and supply, 32 km wastewater house connection pipes and 4518 parcel manholes and 2259 manholes,
• Construction of approx. 2100 m wastewater force mains
