Project will be implemented within the scope of the “Turkey Organized Industrial Zones Programme” financed by the Ministry of Industry and Technology / General Directorate of Industrial Zones and the World Bank. The scope of work is to provide Preliminarily Design + Design&Built tender document preparation and construction supervision services for the Waste Water Recovery Facility of İzmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone.

Envesu+Optimal PMO provides technical services in the following scope;
• Preparing the preliminary design
• Preparation of Tender documents with the Design & Build method
• Technical support during the bidding phase
• Review and approval of the Contractor's Final design before civil works commence
• Field supervision works
• Administration of Construction Works Contract
• Supervision during Commissioning, Defect Liability and Maintenance Period

The specific objectives of the Project aim to ensure followings:
• EnergySavings from OIZ investments in basic and green infrastructure (MWh per year)
• Watersavings from OIZ investments in Green infrastructure (cubic meters per year)
• Reduction in CO2 emissions due to supported investments (metric tons per year)
• Share of OIZs that attract new investments
