The project includes the preparation of Non-Revenue Water Management Guidelines to Combat Climate Change for Water Utility Departments in Turkey under the Sustainable Cities Programme carried out by ILBANK and financed by the World Bank.

The project consists of following assignments:

• Non-revenue water (NRW) and components
• NRW Management Strategy
• Active NRW Management System Actions
• Case Studies, Best Practices and Workshop Results

Description of actual services provided by ENVESU is as follows;
• Conduct site surveys
• Data collection and analysis
• Preparation of the work schedule
• Preparation of the zoning plan
• Mapping and GIS studies
• Hydraulic modelling, calibration, mobile flow-pressure measuring
• Spot detection of the physical leakages and reporting
• Conduct trainings about fighting against Seepage loss
• Pressure management and spot detection of the physical leakages
• Preparation the site survey report
