The project will be financed by the World Bank and ILBANK will act as the Financial Intermediary (FI). The scope of works covers, providing Consultancy Services for Design Review, Preparation of Bidding Documents and Construction Supervision for Tokat-Niksar Drinking Water Network Project .
Water network is designed in 2 stages, 8 pressure zones (plus 5 PRV zones) The 1st stage covers main pipes and laterals in built-up and partly built-up areas with already existing roads with a total length of 193.63 km. Proposed network consists of Ø90- Ø355 HDPE pipes. The 2nd stage (96.4 km) would be required according to the development of the town, in future which is not included in the scope of these Services. Apart from network pipes, in the scope of the Sub-project; 6,041 house connections and miscellaneous network structures including fire hydrants, flowmeter chambers, pressure reducing valve chambers, residual chlorine measurement chambers will be constructed.

Alt proje kapsamında şebeke boruları dışında; 6.041 adet ev bağlantısı ve yangın hidrantları, debimetre odaları, basınç düşürücü vana odaları, artık klor ölçüm odaları dahil olmak üzere çeşitli ağ yapıları inşa edilecektir.
