The Project is established on 27 hectares land with approximately 12.000 sqm enclosed space. The project area was used as a mining area for decades and left over as a very large marshland. The project required the rehabilitation of the whole area to establish a 30.000 sqm artificial lake suitable for watersports, fields for golf, football, tennis, activity areas for adventure park, camping area for Caravans and tents, Bungalows to accommodate 200 guests along with back of house units, F&B Areas, Swimming Pools, amfiteatr, skywalk etc. The project required carrying clean water from 5km away for the lake, energy from 10km away.
Project is two-phased; ınfrastructure and Reservoir (completed), superstructures on going.
